BBC Disinformation Strategist - Marianna Spring

I took the precaution of capturing the words I wrote yesterday, and when I checked this post the writing had disappeared.

As I've previously stated, I don't control this or pretty much anything online.

Elon Musk's BBC Interview

I used to embed Twitter and then this platform would block twitter content, so I screen grab it usually, but this is unique. If you can wait a little, and press the play button (it might take a few seconds more than usual for the 'Twitter Spaces' audio to appear), I assure you it's worth the effort or failing that click on the link and listen to it on Twitter - It's about 3 minutes long and 3 minutes strong.

Please note, Elon is playing the good guy and BBC News are just being themselves. I don't support either of them, but we can enjoy the unscripted take down(s)

Update: I made a point of listening to the entire interview and there's a lot more going on and just when I thought I'd figured something out, the old doubts crept straight back in after another interview he did with creepy Bill Maher.

I'm pretty sure that Elon Musk's loyalty to humanity or otherwise is a Q level clearance question.

The Waif Fare (Wayfair) Scandal

Image

The Wayfair Scandal is predicated on impossibly expensive cabinets ($10000 plus) being sold online by Wayfair, with names that directly correlate to missing children. There are also cushions and pillows being sold but that's another story thread. Let's focus on the cabinets first.

I first saw this being gently peddled as 'weirdly expensive' cabinets by Amazing Polly, who to my mind is a little too well scripted and produced for a researcher.

She strikes me as possibly Mil Intel but as ever I could always be wrong.

I could go on forever with endless examples of Wayfair back-peddling on the reason.

"Industrial Strength Cabinets"
"Glitch in the website code"

...and so on and so forth, but nobody has explained the missing children's names for the cabinets which are often highly unique. This is one of many videos demonstrating the facts that are now being scrubbed off the net, at the speed of light. Watch this video below.

MI6 "Whistleblower" Dr John Coleman Completely Discredited

Fortunately not many people take MI6 whistleblower and Author of Committee of 300 Dr. John Coleman seriously. However, it's important to call out the MI6 shills who print conspiracy theories to keep consumers busy with misleading information and distract from real powers like Zionism, Corporation City of London and Neoconservatism.

I've just been reminded that Mark Devlin still quotes the preposterous rumour that Theodor Adorno wrote The Beatles lyrics.

Russ Baker in Santa Fe - Reality Check

Russ hits the nail on the head in this lucid speech. He says America is frightened and that's because it's all Terror fiction on the news punctuated by advertising that says the only real thing is consumerism. Be happy. Brush your teeth (or have black teeth and bad breath at work). It's all fear isn't it.

Is The NSA Trolling Ed Snowjob? (Is the CIA Trolling Julian?)

This morning I thought I'd write an explanation of why I think Julian Assange is both real and not what he says. I wanted to suggest that he might have started out on one trajectory and then changed course to another. I've tried to approach his mother to do interviews but that line of contact has now ceased and so while I believe Julian Assange's intentions are good I don't think he's in charge of the full game and any message carrier/whistleblower  who doesn't speak up about the 9/11 fairy tale can't be on the level because the evidence is so overwhelming.

I also think Edward Snowden may not be all he says he is. Both China and Russia have said no thanks to the most valuable information available and one they both offer large incentives for. If Ed Snowjob's information isn't good enough for Russia or China it isn't good enough for me. I've learned nothing I didn't know about before. I know more potential scenarios about hidden technology than most, and I also know more bullshit stories than most so take that caveat with my claim too.

Edward Snowden is also on record as being the kind of sly fascist who would kill someone who leaks information. He said this only three years ago.

That's not very cool is it?

The hypothesis I'm offering doesn't address the question of why would this pseudo-leaking or post modern limited hangout be made in the first place? One idea could be we're looking at internal tensions being played out between the CIA and the NSA both of whom Ed Snowjob worked for.

I think the answer is it's a PR trap to make Russia and China look bad. Syria is worsening and the only thing that is stopping the American's doing an Iraq/Afghanistan/Libya on Syria is the Western people's support for China and Russia. We don't trust our own governments any more and realise the old enemy is keeping the ship on an even keel

This is just an hypothesis and my thanks to Darren for articulating what I've been wanting to say about Julian and Edward for some considerable time with the Star Trek clip above. It demonstrates how complex the situation both Wikileaks and Snowden are in. I'm always open and positive towards all new information and ready to change my mind, but until Julian or Snowden talk about the fake 9/11 attacks it's no more real than the stuff we already know. Both may be naive but it's an intelligence test failure to be on the wrong side of history with respect to 9/11.

This is information warfare and truth is your only weapon.

The above stands as mine.

Amputee Crisis Actors - A New Low In Information Warfare

As ever I've been among the slowest to fully embrace crisis actors. It was such a big idea during Sandy Hook that I couldn't digest it all in one go even though I could see that it made sense but didn't make sense in terms of being a fully synthetic event.

The pictures of the guy with his leg blown off at the Boston bombing have now been debunked and he may well be a crisis actor amputee veteran of Afghanistan. There is no meat on the stump in the above video and they put some on later for added effect. There can be no denying this.

The only "generous" hypothesis I can think of is that an event is pre-identified, then neutralised and use for information warfare purposes to give the impression that it went ahead successfully to the masterminds. If anyone else has a better idea I'm open minded.

The media really is brainwashing people into believing falsehoods. I don't know what the real story is but I do know the deepest lies are being perpetrated.

Is David Rose Of The Daily Mail Protecting Powerful Paedophiles?

As soon as the attention on powerful paedophiles became too intense the power elite used a classic disinformation exercise by exploiting a child abuse victim Steven Messham. By showing him a wrongly identified photograph and then changing it, the attention was diverted to an erroneously named Lord McAlpine (this does not mean he's not guilty, it only means he is wrongly identified in this instance).

Well David Rose, your name is all over the internet along with the Daily Mail and the Police as a paedophile protector and a child abuse victim exploiter. My question to you is what is it that has such great control over you that you are embroiled in this ugly chapter in British history? Call me on +66 8 47 33 47 69 if you wish to discuss this post. I've got only one question for you. Who are you going to expose as a power elite paedophile predator that isn't dead already?

Also on the list of suspicious establishment shills is David Aronovitch and Bob Woffinden.

Update: The Needle Blog proves David Rose is a paedophile protector.

Dark Side Of The Moon - A Mockumentary Disinformation Classic

UPDATE: My popular Youtube account with hundreds of hours of uploads was closed down earlier because of the above documentary. It is now embedded from Google Videos where I originally secured it. Many other users have uploaded it to Youtube, yet I was singled out immediately after writing my post below this notice.

This blog was also closed down.

I've since managed to rescue this blog by repeating an authorization action by SMS that by coincidence I only did last week to prevent unauthorized access on my Gmail account from Honduras. Google Kindly provide information like that when accounts are being compromised on different continents.

It's fair to assume that my post below has annoyed the living heck out of someone. I have my suspicions, but more importantly while we figure out why my post is a threat I'm going to appeal to Google as to why I'm being penalised for transferring a video from one Google platform to another.

I don't hold Google accountable as there is no business that is not subject to outside pressure.

Update II: I've now used a Youtube upload. It isn't mine but its the same film I lost my account over. Such is life.

Dark Side of the Moon is a French documentary by director William Karel that originally aired on ARTE in 2002 with the title Opération Lune. The basic premise for the film is the theory that the television footage from the Apollo 11 Moon landing was faked and actually recorded in a studio by the CIA with help from director Stanley Kubrick

It features some surprising guest appearances unless one factors in that it's a CIA  sponsored "mockumentary" disinformation classic that muddies the waters beyond recognition and in a way that is very hard to explain. The give away is heavyweights brought in on a nudge and wink to cloak the story in the "ridicule curtain" most notably, chief lizard Donald Rumsfeld, Dr. Henry (Heinz) Kissinger, Alexander Haig and two decent humans Buzz Aldrin and Stanley Kubrick's widow, Christiane Kubrick. The former is obliged to and the latter is likely unaware that heart attacks can be arranged.

The tone of the documentary is heavy "ridicule curtain" most effectively lowered around the UFO question in the fifties when the CIA purchased The National Enquirer to successfully drive the subject out of polite company and into low income/education demographics. The doc/mockumentary begins with low key revelations of NASA working closely with Hollywood at the time of the Moon landings and is meant to be tonally ironic. However these have now been subsequently proven by Jay Weidner in his first class and excellently researched technical film documentary Kubrick's Odyssey.

Over the course of the tale, Karel facilitates the credibility of the ridicule curtain through by and large telling the truth with a preposterous honesty that the serious mind cannot entertain. He even postulates that not only did Kubrick help NASA fake the moon landings but that he was eventually killed by the CIA to cover up the truth (not accurate he was taken out for his film Eyes Wide Shut before it was finally released.)

The appearance of Rumsfeld and Dr. Kissinger who definitely know all the dirty laundry affairs of State are a touch of genius in terms of strategic communications planning.

It's genius plausible deniability.

Every time the elite tiers need to kill a meme they wheel out the big guns. This one worked well though they never counted on Jay Weidners stubborn, persistent and scholarly approach to the subject that leaves the serious researcher in no doubt.

Free Downloadable 3D Printed Machine Gun - No Credit Details Required

The United States is precipitating into a civil war of the TSA, NSA, CIA, DIA, NYPD, LAPD , DHS, ICE and ATF against the very taxpayers who pay their wages. Those salaries are for what is easily best described now as secret-police brutality snoop-work punctuated by greasy snouts in the security industrial complex trough of secure pensions. Because of their naked greed and violence, it makes sense to distribute a file that gives each and every liberty lover a way to download a 3D printed machine gun to protect themselves and their families from the predatory GovCorp institutions clawing at the innocent masses to justify their very existence.

Information want's to be free. The screaming fake left liberals have shown us they care not for erosion of liberties by remaining silent over the NDAA act signed in a haste by the lovable Barack Obama over New Years to conceal the emergency military detention nature of this legislation.

We know the fake left love to scream about their rights but as long as it doesn't mean a knock on their door they will gladly sign over their rights till they are not discussing the Jewish neighbours who have just been hauled off to the FEMA camps.

That's the fake left for you. Hypocrites and cowards while the equivalent of the Nazi enabling act of 1933 was passed despite Mr Obama asserting he wouldn't sign the bill before he sneakily did with zero protest from the controlled media and the fake left too dizzy over hope and change to notice the hopeless lack of change in Washington. Instead they preferring to wave team colours and settle for the lesser of two evils because evil tomorrow is better than evil today right? In my book it's still evil.

Humanity is evolving at a logarithmic rate and so please don't mistake me for a pro violence person. No. My appeal to our species is that spiritual technology is at hand. If we embrace the internal, the non materialistic, the universal and the profound we can give people 3D nuclear bombs because they wont want to use them. Either we wise up as a species and shift attention away from the material and the trivial or we are creating an environment where we foster the ability of hatred and GovCorp violence and exploitation to create danger in the tiniest nooks and crannies of cyberspace.

Either we change our ways or we will self destruct. In the meantime we have a violent and abusive Stockholm syndrome relationship with GovCorp and their deeply distorted war propaganda petrodollar media on one side and hand wringing lefties with no balls to speak up to power if it interferes with the banality of evil known as their career. In this respect either you own a gun or you don't when GovCorp finally turns on you as they've led all your neighbours away to a FEMA camp.

Here's the rest of the details. Download a machine gun. It's the coolest geekiest trick on the planet. Word.

A “gun” has many parts but only one part is regulated and serialized.  The ability to fabricate the lower-receiver on a gun and then purchase the un-regulated parts on the open market results in a weapon that exists without regulation.    You can do this today, with the right equipment bydownloading this file and following the instructions here or below.    This however is not the same thing as making a 100% 3D printable gun, using a printer that is produced using 3D printable parts.    The community of gun owners and supporters needs you
The Above AR-15 is mostly after-market parts, but the regulated component is 3D printed

Tools Required:

A 3d Printer>>download this file<<A bunch of easily purchased after-market parts

Instructions

If you have access to a CAD package, I highly recommend working from the original IGES file and not an STL if you want to print a lower receiver. Firearms require a good deal more precision than a Bre Pettis bobblehead, and working from a proper CAD model will allow you to tweak hole diameters and add reinforcement in critical areas. In this case, I opted to add extra support to the front takedown pin lugs, added an integral trigger guard, and reinforced the area around the bolt hold. However, I’m still skeptical of how well the bolt hold crosspin holes will fare and will test without that feature to start with.
Justin’s original IGES file actually has the buffer tube threads as modeled features, so I output the STL at a very high resolution (hence the 46 meg file). Much to my delight, when I printed the receiver on my Stratasys, a buffer tube could be screwed right into the rear of the receiver with no touchup of the threads needed (a good thing, as the special 1-3/16″-16 tap for the threads is rather expensive).
As this is a rather complex part, I recommend printing it out at 75% scale first (you can see my original 75% stock lower next to the final full size reinforced lower in one of the pictures). You’ll save a lot of time and material this way and get a good idea of how well features will be preserved on a full size print. I used PP3DP UP! filament for the 75% model and switched to black Bolson ABS for the full print. I’d love to try a polycarbonate/ABS blend for this part, but I have no idea if my printer will handle such material.
I have not yet tried fitting the receiver with the trigger group and other components – I may need to ream some of the holes and then sleeve with brass bushings to maintain the needed accuracy. However, I’m very pleased with the receiver thus far and have a .22 conversion kit that I’ll be using once I’m ready for live fire tests.

CREDIT:
The AR-15 design was designed by Michael Guslick, (HaveBlue).  The design for his AR-15 lower receiver is not to be confused with the M-16 lower receiver.  The distinction being an AR-15 is legal for civilian ownership, while the M-16 design allows for select fire and is thus essentially illegal for civilian ownership since 1986.

John Stockwell On CIA дезинформация Dezinformatsiya Disinformation

CIA & MI5 have representatives on every major media outlet. That's the free world for you. John Stockwell has provided a great contribution to humanity by leaving the CIA and whistleblowing on how it all works.

Disinformation (a direct translation of Russian дезинформация dezinformatsiya) is intentionally false or inaccurate information that is spread deliberately. For this reason, it is synonymous with and sometimes called black propaganda. It is an act of deception and false statements to convince someone of untruth. Disinformation should not be confused with misinformation, information that is unintentionally false.

Unlike traditional propaganda techniques designed to engage emotional support, disinformation is designed to manipulate the audience at the rational level by either discrediting conflicting information or supporting false conclusions. A common disinformation tactic is to mix some truth and observation with false conclusions and lies, or to reveal part of the truth while presenting it as the whole (a limited hangout).

Another technique of concealing facts, or censorship, is also used if the group can affect such control. When channels of information cannot be completely closed, they can be rendered useless by filling them with disinformation, effectively lowering their signal-to-noise ratio and discrediting the opposition by association with many easily disproved false claims.

In espionage or military intelligence, disinformation is the deliberate spreading of false information to mislead an enemy as to one's position or course of action. In politics, disinformation is the deliberate attempt to deflect voter support of an opponent, disseminating false statements of innuendo based on the candidates vulnerabilities as revealed by opposition research. In both cases, it also includes the distortion of true information in such a way as to render it useless.

Disinformation may include distribution of forged documents, manuscripts, and photographs, or spreading malicious rumors and fabricated intelligence. Its techniques may also be found in commerce and government, used to try to undermine the position of a competitor.

A classic example of disinformation occurred during World War II, preceding the Normandy landings, in what would be known as Operation Fortitude. British intelligence convinced the German Armed Forces that a much larger invasion force was about to cross the English Channel from Kent, England.

In reality, the Normandy landings were the main attempt at establishing a beachhead, made easier by the German Command's reluctance to commit its armies. Another act of World War II--era disinformation was Operation Mincemeat, where British intelligence dressed up a corpse, equipped it with fake invasion plans, and floated it out to sea where Axis troops would eventually recover it.

The Cold War made disinformation a recognized military and political tactic. Military disinformation techniques were described by Vladimir Volkoff.

According to senior SVR officer Sergei Tretyakov, the KGB was responsible for creating the entire nuclear winter story to stop the Pershing missiles. Tretyakov says that from 1979 the KGB wanted to prevent the United States from deploying the missiles in Western Europe and that, directed by Yuri Andropov, they distributed disinformation, based on a faked "doomsday report" by the Soviet Academy of Sciences about the effect of nuclear war on climate, to peace groups, the environmental movement and the journal AMBIO. Another successful example of Soviet disinformation was the publication in 1968 of Who's Who in the CIA which was quoted as authoritative in the West until the early 1990s.

Libya, Syria & Iran Are All Preplanned Pentagon Wars

It's important to point out that General Wesley Clark is just as much a self serving weasel as all Pentagon Generals now seeking political office. He nearly dragged us into an unnecessary world war three with Russia over Kosovo but for the purposes of this post we can exploit elite Pentagon division and listen to him confirm that the wars on Libya, Syria and Iran are preplanned and thus the Free Syrian Army or whatever bullshit the mainstream media are spewing is just that. Don't be a fool. Wise up and be in the know.

Information Warfare - Misinformation/Disinformation How To Spot It

A very good post on the subject from over here. The example of lie big, apologise quietly is the tactic most used over Syria. All those massacres were largely NATO sponsored and a little bit of digging means you can prove that to yourself. Naturally if you rely on television to inform you than not only are you poisoning your data streat (without doubt) but also framing a reality that is going to punch you in the metaphorical nuts in the future. Quiet when I don't know but there's no money in the truth and that's a precarious position to be in.

So of the most hypnotised people are those who take the obviously fake left and right political divide seriously. There's little hope for these people and it's best to move on and wipe their keyboards of the spittle from time to time.

Some of the main tactics used by the mainstream media to mislead the masses are as follows:

Lie Big, Retract Quietly: Mainstream media sources (especially newspapers) are notorious for reporting flagrantly dishonest and unsupported news stories on the front page, then quietly retracting those stories on the very back page when they are caught. In this case, the point is to railroad the lie into the collective consciousness. Once the lie is finally exposed, it is already too late, and a large portion of the population will not notice or care when the truth comes out.

Unconfirmed Or Controlled Sources As Fact: Cable news venues often cite information from "unnamed" sources, government sources that have an obvious bias or agenda, or "expert" sources without providing an alternative "expert" view. The information provided by these sources is usually backed by nothing more than blind faith.

Calculated Omission:
Otherwise known as "cherry picking" data. One simple piece of information or root item of truth can derail an entire disinfo news story, so instead of trying to gloss over it, they simply pretend as if it doesn't exist. When the fact is omitted, the lie can appear entirely rational. This tactic is also used extensively when disinformation agents and crooked journalists engage in open debate.

Distraction, And The Manufacture Of Relevance: Sometimes the truth wells up into the public awareness regardless of what the media does to bury it. When this occurs their only recourse is to attempt to change the public's focus and thereby distract them from the truth they were so close to grasping. The media accomplishes this by "over-reporting" on a subject that has nothing to do with the more important issues at hand. Ironically, the media can take an unimportant story, and by reporting on it ad nauseum, cause many Americans to assume that because the media won't shut-up about it, it must be important!

Dishonest Debate Tactics: Sometimes, men who actually are concerned with the average American's pursuit of honesty and legitimate fact-driven information break through and appear on T.V. However, rarely are they allowed to share their views or insights without having to fight through a wall of carefully crafted deceit and propaganda. Because the media know they will lose credibility if they do not allow guests with opposing viewpoints every once in a while, they set up and choreograph specialized T.V. debates in highly restrictive environments which put the guest on the defensive, and make it difficult for them to clearly convey their ideas or facts.

TV pundits are often trained in what are commonly called "Alinsky Tactics." Saul Alinsky was a moral relativist, and champion of the lie as a tool for the "greater good"; essentially, a modern day Machiavelli. His "Rules for Radicals" were supposedly meant for grassroots activists who opposed the establishment and emphasized the use of any means necessary to defeat one's political opposition. But is it truly possible to defeat an establishment built on lies, by use of even more elaborate lies, and by sacrificing one's ethics? In reality, his strategies are the perfect format for corrupt institutions and governments to dissuade dissent from the masses. Today, Alinsky's rules are used more often by the establishment than by its opposition.

Alinsky's Strategy: Win At Any Cost, Even If You Have To Lie

Alinsky's tactics have been adopted by governments and disinformation specialists across the world, but they are most visible in TV debate. While Alinsky sermonized about the need for confrontation in society, his debate tactics are actually designed to circumvent real and honest confrontation of opposing ideas with slippery tricks and diversions. Alinsky's tactics, and their modern usage, can be summarized as follows:

1) Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.

We see this tactic in many forms. For example, projecting your own movement as mainstream, and your opponent's as fringe. Convincing your opponent that his fight is a futile one. Your opposition may act differently, or even hesitate to act at all, based on their perception of your power. How often have we heard this line: "The government has predator drones. There is nothing the people can do now..." This is a projection of exaggerated invincibility designed to elicit apathy from the masses.

2) Never go outside the experience of your people, and whenever possible, go outside of the experience of the enemy.

Don't get drawn into a debate about a subject you do not know as well as or better than your opposition. If possible, draw them into such a situation instead. Go off on tangents. Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty in your opposition. This is commonly used against unwitting interviewees on cable news shows whose positions are set up to be skewered. The target is blind-sided by seemingly irrelevant arguments that they are then forced to address. In television and radio, this also serves to waste broadcast time to prevent the target from expressing his own position.

3) Make the enemy live up to their own book of rules.

The objective is to target the opponent's credibility and reputation by accusations of hypocrisy. If the tactician can catch his opponent in even the smallest misstep, it creates an opening for further attacks, and distracts away from the broader moral question.

4) Ridicule is man's most potent weapon.

"Ron Paul is a crackpot." "Gold bugs are crazy." "Constitutionalists are fringe extremists." Baseless ridicule is almost impossible to counter because it is meant to be irrational. It infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage. It also works as a pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.

5) A good tactic is one that your people enjoy.

The popularization of the term "Teabaggers" is a classic example; it caught on by itself because people seem to think it's clever, and enjoy saying it. Keeping your talking points simple and fun helps your side stay motivated, and helps your tactics spread autonomously, without instruction or encouragement.

6) A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.

See rule No. 5. Don't become old news. If you keep your tactics fresh, it's easier to keep your people active. Not all disinformation agents are paid. The "useful idiots" have to be motivated by other means. Mainstream disinformation often changes gear from one method to the next and then back again.

7) Keep the pressure on with different tactics and actions, and utilize all events of the period for your purpose.

Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new. Never give the target a chance to rest, regroup, recover or re-strategize. Take advantage of current events and twist their implications to support your position. Never let a good crisis go to waste.

8) The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.

This goes hand in hand with Rule No. 1. Perception is reality. Allow your opposition to expend all of its energy in expectation of an insurmountable scenario. The dire possibilities can easily poison the mind and result in demoralization.

9) The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition.

The objective of this pressure is to force the opposition to react and make the mistakes that are necessary for the ultimate success of the campaign.

10) If you push a negative hard and deep enough, it will break through into its counterside.

As grassroots activism tools, Alinsky tactics have historically been used (for example, by labor movements or covert operations specialists) to force the opposition to react with violence against activists, which leads to popular sympathy for the activists' cause. Today, false (or co-opted) grassroots movements and revolutions use this technique in debate as well as in planned street actions and rebellions (look at Syria for a recent example).

11) The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.

Never let the enemy score points because you're caught without a solution to the problem. Today, this is often used offensively against legitimate activists, such as the opponents of the Federal Reserve. Complain that your opponent is merely "pointing out the problems." Demand that they offer not just "a solution", but THE solution. Obviously, no one person has "the" solution. When he fails to produce the miracle you requested, dismiss his entire argument and all the facts he has presented as pointless.

12) Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it and polarize it.

Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. The target's supporters will expose themselves. Go after individual people, not organizations or institutions. People hurt faster than institutions.

The next time you view an MSM debate, watch the pundits carefully, you will likely see many if not all of the strategies above used on some unsuspecting individual attempting to tell the truth.

Internet Disinformation Methods

Internet trolls, also known as "paid posters" or "paid bloggers," are increasingly and openly being employed by private corporations as well governments, often for marketing purposes and for "public relations" (Obama is notorious for this practice). Internet "trolling" is indeed a fast growing industry.

Trolls use a wide variety of strategies, some of which are unique to the internet, here are just a few:

1. Make outrageous comments designed to distract or frustrate: An Alinsky tactic used to make people emotional, although less effective because of the impersonal nature of the Web.

2. Pose as a supporter of the truth, then make comments that discredit the movement: We have seen this even on our own forums - trolls pose as supporters of the Liberty Movement, then post long, incoherent diatribes so as to appear either racist or insane. The key to this tactic is to make references to common Liberty Movement arguments while at the same time babbling nonsense, so as to make those otherwise valid arguments seem ludicrous by association. In extreme cases, these "Trojan Horse Trolls" have been known to make posts which incite violence - a technique obviously intended to solidify the false assertions of the think tank propagandists like the SPLC, which purports that Constitutionalists should be feared as potential domestic terrorists.

3. Dominate Discussions: Trolls often interject themselves into productive Web discussions in order to throw them off course and frustrate the people involved.

4. Prewritten Responses: Many trolls are supplied with a list or database with pre-planned talking points designed as generalized and deceptive responses to honest arguments. When they post, their words feel strangely plastic and well rehearsed.

5.
False Association: This works hand in hand with item No. 2, by invoking the stereotypes established by the "Trojan Horse Troll." For example: calling those against the Federal Reserve "conspiracy theorists" or "lunatics"; deliberately associating anti-globalist movements with racists and homegrown terrorists, because of the inherent negative connotations; and using false associations to provoke biases and dissuade people from examining the evidence objectively.

6.
False Moderation: Pretending to be the "voice of reason" in an argument with obvious and defined sides in an attempt to move people away from what is clearly true into a "grey area" where the truth becomes "relative."

7. Straw Man Arguments: A very common technique. The troll will accuse his opposition of subscribing to a certain point of view, even if he does not, and then attacks that point of view. Or, the troll will put words in the mouth of his opposition, and then rebut those specific words.

Sometimes, these strategies are used by average people with serious personality issues. However, if you see someone using these tactics often, or using many of them at the same time, you may be dealing with a paid internet troll.

Stopping Disinformation

The best way to disarm disinformation agents is to know their methods inside and out. This gives us the ability to point out exactly what they are doing in detail the moment they try to do it. Immediately exposing a disinformation tactic as it is being used is highly destructive to the person utilizing it. It makes them look foolish, dishonest and weak for even making the attempt. Internet trolls most especially do not know how to handle their methods being deconstructed right in front of their eyes and usually fold and run from debate when it occurs.

The truth is precious. It is sad that there are so many in our society who have lost respect for it; people who have traded in their conscience and their soul for temporary financial comfort while sacrificing the stability and balance of the rest of the country in the process.

The human psyche breathes on the air of truth. Without it, humanity cannot survive. Without it, the species will collapse, starving from lack of intellectual and emotional sustenance.

Disinformation does not only threaten our insight into the workings of our world; it makes us vulnerable to fear, misunderstanding, and doubt: all things that lead to destruction. It can drive good people to commit terrible atrocities against others, or even against themselves. Without a concerted and organized effort to diffuse mass-produced lies, the future will look bleak indeed.
